In the simplest sense, this book is a look at the lives of ten of my favourite local crows.

More ambitiously, it's a guide to finding that essential connection to nature, even in the heart of the city, one amazing crow at a time.

My first book, City Crow Stories, sold out several years ago and I've been asked to reprint it many times. If I had simply reprinted the original book, which told the story of seven crows, I'd have had the job done a very long time ago. Instead, I've grappled for months with the pros and cons of adding more amazing crows and how to have the new edition form a coherent whole.

It's been a struggle, but I think the result is worth the wait as the book now tells the story of ten crows, including luminaries such as Dennis, Stormin' Norman and Nancy, and the inimitable Bongo and Bella. There is also clarity on the Pearl or Earl question!

The book is 9x9-inches, soft matte-finished cover, perfect-bound, 72 pages plus cover, and each one is signed by the artist.

Written, photographed and printed in Vancouver, Canada.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Please Note:

United Kingdom and EU Customers: With great regret I have suspended shipping from this web site to the UK and EU due to new rules imposed in 2021 requiring sellers to register for VAT, charge and remit the tax to the UK and EU governments. However, EU and UK customers can order from my ETSY shop, as Etsy takes care of collecting and remitting applicable VAT.

NOTE: CANADA POST JOB ACTION (NOV. 2024)

Canada Post workers have issued 72 hours notice of job action as of Tuesday Nov 12. I will be mailing orders via alternative carriers until a resolution between the union and the corporation is reached, so there will be no delay to your deliveries. There will be no change to the cost of your shipping.

TRACKING
Please note that, unless you choose a method with a tracking number (see options above) there is no way to check on the progress of the delivery, although approximate delivery times are listed.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery of your item(s) are at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be and June Hunter Images is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency.

If the item is a gift, and is being sent directly to the recipient, I'd be happy to include a little card with a greeting from you.

SHIP TIMES
Your order will usually ship within 1-5 business days of payment, depending upon whether the item is pre-made or custom made. If there is to be a longer delay I will get in touch and see if that is going to be OK with you. I will send you a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

PACKAGING

Fine Art Prints: Prints smaller than 10-inches are shipped flat in a cello bag, sandwiched between sturdy card stock in a waterproof padded mailer. Larger prints are shipped in a mailing tube.

Jewelry: Ships gift-wrapped in tissue and an organza bag, rigid packing included for earrings to prevent any damage to ear wires. A card with some brief information about me and my jewellery will be included. If the item is going directly to a gift recipient, I am happy to add a card to tell them who the gift is from, along with any personalized greeting you'd like to add.

Calendars: Ship in a protective cello bag within a sturdy, no-bend, cardboard mailer.

IF YOU'RE RUNNING LATE

If you've missed the shipping deadline for a birthday or other special event, DON'T WORRY!

A GIFT CARD is the perfect solution. Instantly delivered to the recipient (or to you, if you want to keep it under wraps until the big day) and all the fun of choosing is given to the lucky receiver of the card.

An email announcing your gift and including the gift card code will be sent instantly to the inbox of the recipient (or to you, if you prefer to keep the gift a secret until the big day). REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

If you aren't happy, then I’m not either! I want you to be completely delighted with your order. If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item and I will be happy to replace it, exchange it or offer you a refund for the item, excluding the shipping costs.
